The blowing process opens and cleans cotton fibres from impurities and forms them into uniform tufts before entering the carding stage. This step ensures the raw material is clean and ready for further processing.

Carding

Carding separates and aligns individual fibres, removes remaining impurities and short fibres, then forms them into a sliver. This process determines the evenness and initial quality of the yarn.

Drawing

Drawing (or drafting) blends the slivers to make them even and uniform. We use the Rieter RSB-D 45 Autoleveller and SB-D 45 Draw Frame, delivering high quality, productivity, and speeds up to 1,100 m/min. A unique sliver sensor ensures precise sliver coiling, and the CLEANtube option keeps coiling clean when processing cotton.

Roving

In the simplex/roving process, the sliver is gradually drawn out and slightly twisted so it becomes thinner while staying intact. This ensures our roving can be transported and placed directly onto the spinning machine. Roving acts as an intermediate stage before the final product.

Ring Frame

The roving is fed into the ring frame, where it is drawn to the desired thickness and twisted to give it strength. We use Rieter G32 and TOYOTA RX300 ring spinning machines, optimised to produce the finest yarn quality and suited to conventional yarn counts (Ne 10 to Ne 60).

Winding

In the winding stage, yarn from the ring frame bobbins is rewound into larger cones while removing yarn defects. The result is high-quality yarn cones ready to be shipped to customers.
